What is Longjack (Tongkat Ali)?

Native to Indonesia and Malaysia, Longjack is used as a modern testosterone booster but its roots (literally) go back for centuries as an herbal medicine.

Also known as “tongkat ali” or by it’s scientific name “eurycoma longifolia” the root extract has been shown to increase erection strength, increase libido and provide a positive feeling of overall sexual well-being. (1)

When you see a decrease in cortisol in a man, you often see an increase in testosterone as well. This is because the more stress you have the more cortisol you produce and cortisol directly interferes with testosterone production.

A 37% increase is off the charts though!

The results of the test were confined to men who self-rated themselves in the moderate stress category, so we don’t know if the outcome would have been as good had it been performed on men who said they didn’t have any stress.

With that said, I don’t know a single man who doesn’t have stress in his life be it from work, family, sports competitions, etc…
